Chihuly-Persians

The New York Botanical Gardens featured a major installation of work by famed
glass artist Chihuly in 2017. I was asked to create 360 degree panoramas from a unique perspective; inside the displays and up close with the artwork. The result were what you might experience if you had snuk into the gardens at night and stepped (carefully) into the ponds.

The water in this particular pond was made very dark by use of an opaque black dye mixed into the water. The white streaks swirling in the water are debris dropped by the various plants. - Martin van Hemert
