Hello,
It has been quite some time since I the last panorama I’ve emailed. If you don’t remember subscribing to my emails, please use the unsubscribe option below rather than marking this as spam! This panorama is of Devils Kitchen, a small pocket of formations which are otherwise unexpected along the Nebo Loop Byway. I hope you enjoy it:
I would also like to take a moment to wish each of you a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Let’s all hope it is an improvement over this past year! I hope you might take a few minutes to view this video of the Christmas Story. Great effort was put into making this as historically accurate as possible. It is a visual experience; what few words are spoken are aramaic, the language of the time. Athough considered a dead language, it is still spoken by a few communities. A scholar in this language was brought in to coach the actors:
Stay Well!

Thank You for all you do for so many. I really enjoy your pictures and have told so many about your site. I just can’t figure where you placed your camera this time. It is as if you hung it out on a cable to get that shot? I always look for foot prints and some times there their. Please keep doing what you do, I really enjoy your Talent.
Thanks for The Christ Child! Really enjoyed it.
Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Hi Judy,
Thanks for your kind words! Regarding the camera position for this panorama, it was shot with a drone. I was standing on an observation platform on the rim of the formation, and the drone was hovering below thr rim and in between the spires. Glad you liked the video as well!
Merry Christmas!
Martin
The photography of the panorama is beautiful!
Also, thank you for sharing the “The Christ Child”. It is very moving.
May God continue to use your talents for this next year.
Hi Susan,
Thank you! Thanks also for viewing the video.
God Bless,
Martin
Thank you for sharing your talent again Martin! Beautiful photography, as usual! We really enjoyed the Christ Child: A Nativity Story. This is the real reason for our Christmas celebrations and the Joy of knowing He is our Redeemer!
Hi Shirley,
You are most welcome; thank you for viewing, and for your kind words! Thank heavens for a Redeemer!
Stay Well!

Utah is without question the most diverse state for scenery; allowing for seasonal variations increases that by a factor of 4! Having traveled in all of the 49 continental states I know a little about the subject. Now factor in the drone use and expectations run wild! Please keep on ‘Keeping on’, Martin. Enjoy every offering. All the best and do stay safe.
Hi Dennis,
Thank you for kind words! I’ve only just begun getting familiar with shooting panoramas with drones, and hope to do more work with them, so keep tuned.
Merry Christmas!
Martin
