Cedar Breaks National Monument

Cedar Breaks is a natural amphitheater whose red rock formations create a striking contrast with the surrounding alpine forests.
The formation descends over 2000 ft (610m) below the top rim which is situated at an elevation of 10,300 ft (3100m).

This view is from the Ramparts Overlook trail, which winds through bristlecone pines and offers excellent views of the monument. - Martin van Hemert
